Practice Info

Practices are coached and usually offer a distance workout and a stroke/sprint workout.

All levels of swimmers are welcome.

We swim short course meters, short course yards, or long course meters depending on the time of year.

Practice location is at the Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Center. The pool is run by the city and does require payment to enter.

Changes to practice times, pool closures, and other relevant information will show up on our news page.

Team Dues

In order to provide coached practices and reserved lanes, team dues are $25/month. First month is free!

If you're coming for your first time or visiting from out of town, feel free to drop in and swim with us. You'll still need to pay for pool entry.
